The trial or free package is available only once to any legal entity or person. You might not indulge in creating multiple trial or free accounts to use the service. Usage of the service for any illegal activities in any jurisdiction is not permitted. Under such circumstances ByteAlly Software Solutions private limited is no way responsible for your activities.You must have JavaScript enabled to use this service

While ByteAlly Software solutions private limited all the precautions to store, we are not responsible any of the information we store is hacked by third parties, viruses, worms, hackers, agencies, rival companies. We do not store your credit card card, debit card information, paypal login information and we only process the information without storing any of your payment information using PayPal payment gateway, while payment information is collected at a secure page hosted and provided by PayPal . Hence we are not in anyway responsible for any theft of your payment information. Please go through PayPal's terms of use and policy.

Once the trial or free period expires and if you do not cancel you will be billed monthly starting on the 30th day after your account was initially created. You can choose to cancel your account before the trial period expires. Your account will be automatically cancelled without any notice if you choose not to upgrade from free/trial package once the trial/free period expires. Once billed, the money is not refundable, partial payments or compromises from our side under any circumstance. The monthly bill amount and any other bill charged towards you will be exclusive of taxes, levies or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies or duties imposed on your by your governing tax authorities.

No grace period shall be granted under any circumstances to our users to make payments on their subscription.

Change in monthly bill price caused by downgrade or upgrade of your plan will become effective from the next billing cycle. You agree that downgrade may result in data loss and ByteAlly Software solutions private limited is in no way responsible for such events. We do not issue service credits for any outages incurred through service disablement resulting from terms violations. While we will use every reasonable endeavor to ensure the integrity and security of the Server, we do not guarantee that the Server will be free from unauthorized users or hackers and we shall be under no liability for non-receipt or misrouting of email or for any other failure of email and we are not responsible for any data stolen, harms caused to any entity under such circumstances.

We shall use our reasonable endeavors to make available to you at all times the Server and the Services but we shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of Service or down-time of the Server.

We shall have the right to suspend the Services at any time and for any reason, generally without notice, but if such suspension lasts or is expected to last for more than 7 days you will be notified of the reason.

You can cancel your account any time. If you choose to cancel the subscription all your data will be immediately deleted from our service. If the cancellation happens after the beginning of the billing cycle you will be charged for that entire cycle/month. ByteAlly Software solutions has the right to change the price of the plans any time after notifying you through email or phone or the appropriate message being displayed in the site.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material or content your provide to the service. ByteAlly Software solutions private limited reserves the right to remove contents posted by you which are deemed to be inappropriate at our sole discretion.

In no event shall we be liable to you for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential or economic loss whatsoever.

Any abuse towards any ByteAlly Software Solutions private limited employee will not be tolerated. You are expected to request and respond to support and other issues in a professional manner. When emailing ByteAlly Software Solutions private limited or utilizing the Ticket Desk Support System, refrain from using inappropriate or offensive or unprofessional language. Use of such language will be considered as violation of TOS.

ByteAlly Software solutions Private Limited reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without having to give any reason to the party. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.
